When children fall or feel uncomfortable should we help?

• It is quite natural for all of us to think of helping immediately a child who has fallen or is in some uncomfortable situation.
• However if we keep helping them always and in all situations, they will never learn to come out of such situations on their own.
• In order to provide them more opportunities to learn on their own to get out of situations and get back to their work once they fall, we have to restrict helping them.
• This will ensure that they become independent adults later in their lives.
